I have found it difficult at times to learn in this format. My co workers have been generous in helping me when I asked. Several have consistently worked together. I have learned that I don't ask for help often enough--hence when I confused commenting with blogging. I do think that this is an effective way to teach a large number of people at the same time giving them a way to work at their own pace.
